How delivery works

A Shipify rider collects each order from the shop and delivers it to the customer's address. The customer pays in cash on delivery, and every order has a live tracking link.

Same-day delivery, and what it means

Same-day delivery is the service Shipify aims to offer in the cities where it operates. It's a goal, not a promise for any single order, and delivery times are estimates. Paying on delivery

• You pay the rider in cash when the parcel reaches you.
• The amount to pay is the total shown for your order. Check the item and the total with the rider at the door.
• Keep the exact amount ready, because riders can't always carry change.

Following your parcel

Use the Track an order page with your order number and the last four digits of your mobile number. If the seller sent you a live tracking link, it shows the order's progress and, once the parcel is on its way, the rider's live location.

If a delivery doesn't go as planned

• Keep your phone on and reachable on the number you gave. The rider may call to find your address.
• If you can't be home, tell the seller who took your order, or contact support, as early as you can.
• If a parcel is late or doesn't arrive, contact support with your order number.
• If the item is wrong or damaged, read the Return and Refund Policy for the return window and how refunds are sent.
