What Shipify is

Shipify is a platform for selling online in Pakistan without holding stock. Verified local shops list their products. Online sellers choose products, set their own selling price and bring the customer. A Shipify rider collects each order from the shop and delivers it to the customer, who pays in cash on delivery.

Every order has a live tracking link, and the charges for an order are shown before it is placed. Same-day delivery is the service Shipify aims for in the cities where it operates; delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Shipify is built in Lahore, Pakistan.

How an order works

• A shop lists a product with its own photos and price.
• An online seller chooses it, sets a selling price and places an order for a customer.
• The shop gets the order ready and a Shipify rider collects it.
• The rider delivers it to the customer and collects the cash.
• The shop is paid its price, the platform fee and delivery are covered, and the rest is the online seller's profit.

Who Shipify is for

• Shop owners who want to reach buyers beyond their street.
• Online sellers who have customers but no stock.
• Riders with a bike or vehicle who want to deliver orders as independent delivery partners.

How we keep it trustworthy

• People confirm their identity with a selfie and ID card before they start, and shops are verified before products go live.
• Every shop, seller and rider works under the same written rules, so every order is handled the same way.
• The rules for orders, returns, refunds, payouts and data are written down in the Terms, the Return and Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy.

How we write our guides

The guides are written by the Shipify team from how online selling and delivery work in practice and from how the platform itself works. They are general information to help you decide and plan; they are not legal, tax or financial advice, and they never promise income.

We do not publish invented statistics, testimonials or case studies. Where a guide relies on an outside rulebook, such as an advertising policy, it names the source and links to it. Fees, charges and payout rules change, so guides point to the app and the Terms instead of repeating numbers; amounts in guides are labelled examples.

Every guide shows when it was published and when it was last changed, and we change that date only when the guide really changes. If you spot a mistake or something out of date, please tell us through the Contact page and we will correct it.
